Silver Casting
We have an innovative casting line that allows us to create silver castings from available designs and custom client projects. We use the lost wax method, enabling the casting of complex shapes.
Casting Stages
- Placing the wax tree in a perforated steel sleeve.
- Hardening the plaster and burning out the wax in a kiln.
- Pouring the prepared metal alloy into the molds at appropriate temperatures.
- Cooling the molds and rinsing out the casting mass with water.
Gold Casting
On special order, we also perform gold castings. Such a project is feasible for models weighing a minimum of 10 g.
