August 12, 2024
In both parts of the article, we focus on jewelry motifs that have been very popular among lovers of body decoration with jewelry accessories for many seasons. These motifs are present in countless arrangements in the form of necklaces, earrings, bracelets, charms and rings. The top designs of the time come on the waves of trends, which in turn are set by the stars of the silver screen and, in recent years, the Internet - with particular emphasis on social media.
Among the motifs, there is a certain canon to which we have been attached for many years, even centuries, and one example is the heart. The motif of the moon and sun, as well as the infinity sign, also remains in fashion. You can read about our jewellery making supplies with these patterns in the first part of the article: Popular motifs in jewelry - part 1. Jewelry trends determine work on new designs, primarily for jewelers and silver findings manufacturers, who create a variety of elements for them.
As a silver findings manufacturer and wholesaler, 925CRAFT is pleased to present a wide range of this type of product, including both the most popular motifs and unique ones, which are mainly silver pendants. We create them from the highest quality nickel free sterling silver, gold 585 and gold 333, putting passion and over 37 years of experience into it. In this part of the article, we will present patterns of jewelry findings for making personalized jewelry and popular symbols of happiness.
Zodiac sign pendant
Even before the concept of personalized jewelry became known, decorating the body with zodiac pendants had been fashionable for decades. Due to the fact that the signs are assigned to specific months, they are linked to the date of birth. In astrological concepts, each sign defines personality traits that many people identify with. It's no wonder that personalized zodiac bracelets and necklaces are popular. This trend has a long tradition, so over the years, we have become familiar with newer sign arrangements. Our stock includes them as pendants, dedicated to jewelry for the neckline, neck, ears, wrist or ankle. The zodiac pendant selection includes an open design in the form of castings and a closed design in a circle - in the form of laser-cut plates. Most styles are classic pendants with a jump ring. At the moment, the exception are interesting zodiac sign pendants with GAVBARI crystals, which add a subtle, charming glow to the jewellery. They are connecting pendants to which we dedicate necklace chains and bracelet making supplies, consisting of at least two pieces of chain. With their help, it is easy to make high-quality, fashionable jewellery products. If you need to extend your jewelry, chain extensions will come in handy.
Popular signs of protection and happiness in jewellery
Jewellery has accompanied people for thousands of years, not only as a form of body beautification, but also as an amulet intended to bring happiness, protection or power. It takes the form of symbols and specific motifs. The existence and meaning of such patterns have their source in centuries-old beliefs and traditions. The same symbols appear in many cultures, having similar or slightly different meanings. Currently, in the age of the Internet and the interpenetration of cultures within the global village, we observe how easily such trends appear in jewellery, reaching distant countries. Examples include popular signs of happiness and protection, which have become established for a long time and will probably continue to do so. These include an evil eye jewelry, hamsa hand pendant, four leaf clover pendant, a tree of life pendant, and an angel wings pendant.
How to make four leaf clover jewelry
One of the popular symbols of happiness in jewellery is the motif of a four-leaf clover. In nature, this form of this plant is very rare - this is where the message attributed to it comes from. According to estimates, the chance of finding such a specimen is 1:10,000. Based on some traditions, individual leaves symbolize hope, faith, love and happiness. This motif dominates in jewellery in the form of sterling silver pendants, which are used in various arrangements in all jewelry accessories. Our stock includes clover pendants in the form of minimalist plates, openwork and more decorative pendants with crystals or as settings for crystals. These delicate silver and gold charms are perfect for making celebrity-style necklaces and bracelets - both in silver and gold. We offer a variety of styles made of gold 585 and gold 333, which you can isolate by using the "Material" filter in our search engine. We recommend necklace findings for them as gold necklace chains as AU585 and AU333. Furthermore, we designed this motif in the form of pendants and connectors, so it can be used in many ways. It fits perfectly with various materials, including strings and straps. The clover pendant looks beautiful alone in a subtle bracelet and necklace, and perfectly complements other pendants in layered designs. Many of its styles can be used to make long earrings of various lengths. Laser cut jewelry findings with a clover-inspired motif are lightweight, so they are also suitable for attaching to earring making supplies, creating threaded earrings. In addition, the 925CRAFT stock also includes clover earrings, which are ready-made jewellery that only need to be supplemented with earring clasps.
Pendants for making tree of life necklace
Another fashionable symbol of happiness in jewelry is the tree of life. This beautiful motif contains a message, illustrating the power of a tree as the most powerful representative of flora on earth. Thanks to this, for many, it symbolizes life and rebirth, happiness and gaining wisdom and knowledge. And for others, the tree is an expression of ecological awareness and respect for the laws of nature. In the 925CRAFT jewelry findings wholesale, this pattern represents the tree of life charm, the tree of life earrings, and the tree of life beads. We offer gold and sterling silver findings for making jewelry with this motif, in the form of connectors and pendants. Most of them are laser cut models. We offer some designs in various plate thicknesses. Among them, you will find an open tree pattern and a circle pattern. Openwork styles, enabling many ways of connecting to the chain, have connecting jump rings, which make them conducive to creating more elaborate pendants or richly decorated earrings. The proposed models of tree of life pendants have a universal design, making them a perfect solution for creating jewellery for any season. Other silver and gold findings for making tree of life jewelry encourage you to create jewelry sets in the style of delicate celebrities or more decorative accessories. The tree charm offered on the website fits jewellery such as a pandora bracelet. The set can be complemented by delicate stud earrings.
How to make angel wing necklace
Another popular symbol in jewelry is a wing, or angel wings. Their message naturally evokes associations with flying, protection and creatures with wings, such as angels and birds. This motif may have different meanings in different regions, but in Western culture, it most often symbolizes rising above mediocrity, faith in the impossible, freedom and care. These are the values to which human beings cling, so it is no wonder that in the era of popularity of self-expression through jewellery, wings are one of the most fashionable jewelry motifs. This symbolism is perfectly expressed by the wings pendant, because we have included this motif in a single or double pattern. In response to the interest in it, as a jewelry findings manufacturer, we have designed, in addition to pendants, a wide range of other silver and gold findings for making angel wings jewelry, including wing rings, wing earrings, spacers and ear hooks. Based on these elements, you will create various jewelry designs for each part of the body. The most popular are wing earrings, which can be made in a hanging version using classic pendants and connectors. An interesting arrangement can be created, for example, by an infinity sign with wings or an openwork design as a connector for other hanging elements. Various range of comfortable stud earrings are also very popular among clients wearing jewelry, so we offer ready-made models: in a minimalist version - laser-cut and three-dimensional with a fashionable Rivoli crystal. Some styles of angel wing pendants are decorated with an elegant accent in the form of shiny crystals or gemstones. Attached to them, high-quality necklace or bracelet chains will create jewellery that highlights the colour of your eyes or illuminates the styling.
Personalised jewellery making supplies
Personalized jewelry is famous for having accents of a personal nature. The most popular way of personalization is engraving on pendants, plates, and suggestions such as letters, zodiac signs or protective symbols. The symbol jewelry carries a message, which is usually an expression of personality, character, and passion and also contains memories. This type of assortment makes excellent gift ideas, provided that you know the person who will wear it well enough. Engraved necklaces and bracelets attract a large group of users who want to express themselves through them. The current era, in which one's own style is emphasized, encourages the creation of a rich collection of this type of jewellery accessory. To make personalized jewelry, we offer silver and gold jewelry findings, which you will find mainly among pendants, but also in the categories of ring blanks, earring settings and engraved cufflinks. Engraved jewelry with letters and zodiac signs is very popular, mainly in the form of bracelets for both men and women, necklaces, rings, earrings and cufflinks.
Sterling silver engraving plates
Engraved silver plates are custom silver pendants for jewelry making, used to create by jewelry makers fashionable bracelets, necklaces and engraved earrings. Their patterns are laser cut from 925 sterling silver and gold sheet metal. The advantage of the plates is their flat, smooth surface, which provides space for content that can be applied using a laser. In this way, personalized jewelry is expressive, and the engraving is visible, arousing interest in those around you. The 925CRAFT jewelry manufacturer offers a collection of pendants with an engraving service in the range of pendants that can be purchased retail. However, clients ordering in bulk quantities can order engraving services on many other laser cut plates and other components on which engraving is possible. Silver engraving decorations include the most popular patterns and motifs. They are perfect for creating engraved jewelry for both men and women, for which we offer our previously mentioned bracelet findings, necklace chains and earring making supplies. Chains available in our store dedicated to connector pendants are most often used for women's jewelry designs. For men's engraved bracelets, we offer thick silver curb chains. And for non-standard projects, we recommend bulk chains or jewelry string.
Custom silver pendants for engraving for men jewelry
Bracelets made of strings and straps, decorated with engraved plaque pendants, most often rectangular, are very popular among men. Men can also count on personalized necklaces with a characteristic plaque from the dog tags category. The style presented in the link is available with an engraving service for individual customers, but we also offer other models of dog tags and engraving plates wholesale, which are used for both men's and women's jewelry projects. You will find them in pendants, in the filter: geometric. These jewellery making supplies will also inspire jewelry designers to create jewelry as a gift. They are great for creating a collection of accessories with wishes for men on their birthdays, promotions, Men's Day, Father's Day, or Grandfather's Day. Dog tag pendants are usually placed on a ball chain. Our offer includes examples of this weave in many lengths as bases for a ball chain necklace and as bulk chain.
Other jewelry making supplies for engraving
For personalization with engraving, you can also use other elements available in our store that contain flat surfaces. These include, for example, some earring findings made using the laser method with a soldered plate, such as circles, triangles or squares. We also offer semi-finished products for engraving men's jewelry, one of them is cufflink blanks with a square or rectangular plate. These types of cufflinks are universal accessories in terms of matching a suit or casual jacket. This feature makes it easier for men to compose the entire styling - it does not require much attention to whether the cufflinks match the outfit or not. Silver cufflink settings with a plate are also a good choice for preparing a collection of engraved cufflinks, personalized, for example, with the name of your profession, sport field, initial or zodiac sign. In addition, we offer them with the option of electroplating, thanks to which you can create jewelry in an attractive colour palette, thus offering customers a wider choice of matching the cufflinks to their own preferences.
Alphabet pendants
Staying on the topic of personal jewelry, we cannot fail to mention the fashionable way to personalize it with letter pendants. Observing this trend, we see interest in both uppercase and lowercase letters. The larger ones usually have the character of initials, and the smaller ones act as letters to compose an individual text. Thanks to them, you will create a very popular necklace with letters, a bracelet, a choker or earrings with a pendant. These types of silver alphabet pendants are also becoming a new way of creating, for example, name jewelry, the original version of which is in the form of a name laser cut from a silver sheet. Letters allow you to compose a clear text with a message - individually tailored to your personality.
The popularity of this trend has not escaped our attention, which is why, as a manufacturer of jewelry findings, we have designed silver letter pendants in the form of plates and the increasingly popular beads with letters - silver cubes. We are sure that the offer of these products will inspire jewelry creators.
Laser cut letter charms
Laser jewelry production allows you to obtain designs ranging from simple to those with barely noticeable or complex details. Examples of opposing designs are openwork pendants and initial pendants. We offer the latter in two sizes and font types. For lovers of expressive pendants in necklaces with a letter, we offer large designs with a simple font, while fans of minimalism can enjoy delicate letters in a more decorative font. The letters are willingly combined with other decorations, such as pearls, crystals or gemstones. They complement them perfectly, while adding a personal tone to the jewellery.
Chokers with pearls and additional large toggle clasps caught the attention of fashionistas. Due to their size, large letters are most suitable for necklaces. Small letter pendants look beautiful in subtle stud earrings, charms or celebrity earrings. They personalize eye-catching bracelets and layered necklaces, as well as charm rings.
Sterling silver letter beads
A completely different type of design is represented by silver beads with letters - cubes made of silver 925, which perfectly fulfill the role of personalizing jewelry. They resemble miniature dice, containing individual letters of the alphabet. They can be treated as beads, with which you can create your own text, or as a celebrity pendant that harmonizes with delicate chains, such as an anchor chain. Letter beads are perfect for bracelets, necklaces and earrings. They have a large hole, thanks to which they can be used on thicker chains, such as a base for a modular bracelet, straps or strings. Hoop earring findings look very decorative on a base and are a way to personalize them in the form of a short text or a single initial.
Concluding the review of Part 2 of popular motifs in jewelry, we can only conclude that this is only a small fragment of the rich world of jewelry accessories. A world rich in symbols and motifs, the jewelry makers of which draw from the surrounding environment and values important to humans. As a jewelry manufacturer and jewelry wholesaler, we have the pleasure of participating in it and creating it together with you.
